Return Police

Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization.

The intention to return an item must be notified to us 15 days
after your order has been made.

All products must be in perfect condition and in packaging.

For reason of hygiene the return product must be unworn and
unused.

We are willing to refund your money or change an item with
another one of the same value.

Shipment cost cannot be refunded.

In case of a return caused by BossLeather fault shipment cost
for re-sending a new item is free.

We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be
responsible for lost or damaged returns. We cannot guarantee
that your package will not be damaged upon arrival to your
address.

Any damaged or incomplete shipments must be reported within 48
hours of receipt of the products. Our products are brand new
and have not been used. If a product arrives that looks
damaged, dirty, resealed immediately file a claim with the
carrier. Save all original packing material for inspection by
the local postal inspectors

Health Protection

We hereby declare that our products do not contain any
pentachlorophenol (PCP). Also, Domestic Animal Infectious
Diseases Control Law (Japan) relates to the following:
Clove-hoofed animals, horses, chickens, ducks, turkeys,
quail, geese, dogs, rabbits, honeybees and remains of the
aforementioned. None of our products have leather used from
these Animals.

Import Duty
|
Custom duty on a single item is generally not charged. However,
at the time of delivery the courier company may request you to
pay additional import duty on goods ordered. In such an odd case
it is your responsibility to pay any duties incurred at an
estimated* rate of import tariff of leather clothing: -

United States (2004), the products available in our website are
listed under Category - 4203.10.40.30 & 4203.10.40.60. Rates of
import duty applicable under this HTS Code (Column 1 - General)
is 6%.]
